Shock Absorber Base

Hybrid structure: The perfect combination of metal and rubber.

Metal frame (Plate): Made from thick steel, bent in an arch shape (U/V shape) to increase the ability to withstand compression and shear forces. The surface is often painted or anti-rust plated.

Rubber cushion: The vulcanized solid rubber block adheres tightly to the metal frame, acting as a “spring” to absorb vibrational energy.

Built-in Bolts: The top has studs to attach directly and quickly to the base of the engine or equipment.

Flexible base: The metal base at the bottom has grooves (gaps) to help easily adjust the position when installing on the floor or support frame.
